I am just starting out in cheese making and this product was an excellent start. It has everything you need to get started with simple and easy to follow instructions for several different types of cheeses. The book has some great history of goat cheese as well, which was really neat to read about. This is a must for any new cheese maker!!
Great starter kit!
This is a great little kit that includes almost all of the things you need to get started. It is a great way to dip your toe into cheesemaking, so to speak, without committing a lot of money. The book was not a benefit to me personallyI have a small farm with only a few goats and most of the info can be found onlinebut I could see how it could be of use to a larger operation. The instruction manual was very clear and easy to follow.
Nice Cheese Making Set
For the first time trying the kit it was delicious and intend to try again.
Goat Cheese Success
This is a great kit to start with goat cheese. I have had success with every try because of the excellent products. I make goat cheese for my sister, who loves it. She is always asking for me to make her more. LOL
