Stainless Steel Cheese Curd Scoop
This stainless steel cheese curd scoop can be used to ladle cheese curds from the pot into a cheese mold or colander lined with butter muslin for draining. With nice deep sides, this ladle makes transferring curds quick and easy.
It can also be used to remove whey from the pot when washing or draining curds.
- 18/8 Stainless steel
- 9" handle
- 3 1/2" Diameter ladle
- 1 1/2" Deep ladle
Should be boiled, to sterilize, before each use.
After use, wash in hot soapy water and allow to dry.

This is a "must have" item in your arsenal of utensils necessary to produce cheese. It feels great in the hands, not too heavy or awkward, weight is evenly distributed so it makes for the perfect utensil.
