This booklet is very useful for someone starting out in cheese, butter, and yogurt. I particularly use the yogurt recipe, which is the best I've tried. I'm excited to try the other recipes soon!
I knew almost nothing on the subject. After reading the book I’m now an expert (just kidding). The book is full of knowledge and I will now attempt to make cheeses.
I haven't made anything from here... yet! I have pursued the pages and am very excited to get started. It looks as good as everything I've ever purchased from New England Cheese Making Supply!
