This Brie or multipurpose cheese mold can be used with or without the included follower, making it a versatile piece of cheese making equipment. It is a great mold for making either Brie or Saint Paulin. It can also be used for a variety of hard cheese including Cheddar and Colby. We suggest placing a cheese mat underneath this mold for best results.

Flipping Brie

The Brie hoop worked perfectly, once you get the notion of rapidly turning the cheese as it drains. I have three nice wheels aging and can't wait for them to soften.

just what we needed

works really well.

Great mold

This was so much better than trying to adapt thin plastic containers to the task.

Seems great!

I’m fairly new to cheese making so take that into account. But I will say that it worked great for me so far! My first attempt at cheddar is in the press as we speak. I messed up every step of my recipe but it was at no fault of this equipment and I’m so excited to try again soon! I made cheddar this time but maybe Brie next?!!! Thanks New England Cheesmaking Supply Company!

It was OK

It is a good size. I think the follower is a little bit small but I wouldn’t say it’s nothing you can’t work with. The mold itself was actually misshapen and I had to attempt to get it into a better circle shape. Careful with the corner, they feel almost sharp enough to cut you. Other than that it works as it should with no big problems that make it not work.
