Description
Chef Wrap cheese wrap is as versatile to use as traditional papers and plastic wraps, but is better for the environment, and postpones spoilage.
This wrap is primarily composed of calcium carbonate, and other trace minerals.
Because it is resistant to liquids and permeable to gases it creates an ideal microclimate against the proliferation of molds and other agents that deteriorate fresh food products, sometimes doubling and tripling the life cheese, fruits, vegetables and breads.
