Curd Knife 14"
This curd knife is essential in the cheese making process. With a long 14" blade it is easy to evenly cut curds, so whey can expel. Having no sharp edges, this curd knife is also a great option when making cheese with kids.

Should be boiled, to sterilize, before each use.

Very nice cheese knife. Easy to work with
Very well made and just what I needed, more than what I need at the moment in fact, the length is more than necessary for the smaller blocks that I have been making but plan on making larger ones in the future, I didn't want to have to buy a longer one later on, so this works out perfectly and I only have to own one curd knife.
Great knife for reaching bottom of the double boiler. Also great as icing spreader for cakes.
