Soft and Semi Soft Cheese Knife
This soft and semi soft cheese knife is perfect for cutting soft cheese. The blade is narrow so moist cheese will not stick to it. This knife was originally designed as a Gorgonzola knife, but is ideal for all soft and semi-soft cheese including Munster, Brie and Port Salut. The offset handle provides a nice clean cut from top to bottom.
