use this great culture for lots of cheeses - camembert, feta and a hard cheese with a brine wash recipe

I’ve bought numerous cultures from New England Cheese Making Supply Co. and have never been disappointed. They are active and provide the acidity and flavor one would expect. I’ve just used this culture a few days ago, but judging by the pH drop during the fermentation it was doing what it’s suppose to. It will be a while before I can taste the cheese, but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed using their Flora Danica culture.

I just made Brie and salted it yesterday, a little piece came off and I tasted it and it tastes just like Brie. Flora Danica is one of the cultures I used, not sure if that's where the flavor is at, but the combination worked perfectly!

Oooh, how I love this culture! I am making cultured milk, or Fil Mjölk, as we call it in Sweden, left and right. Sharing with my family, who are all delighted to use this rich creamy, sweet milk with our breakfast granola in the mornings!

Ordering is user friendly, delivery time was fast, markings on box helped know to refrigerate culture.... overall great experiemce!!!
