Love this stuff. So easy to use in the portions they sell it in and works every time
Measured packets keep the cultures fresh and the right amount for small batch recipes.A wonderful Idea.
My first cheese-making experience was using mesophilic culture, making both mozzarella and feta with our own cow's milk. That was over ten years ago. Since then I have graduated to making many variety of cheeses and continually to experiment with different herbs, spices, wine, and more. I really enjoy making cheese and have never had any problems with any of their cultures even if they were well past the expiration date. I have always ordered all my cultures for my cheeses (and more) from New England and will continue to do so.
I love making cheese. The starters make it so easy. Buying from the New England cheese Making supply co, makes it even more easier. Love them!!
First time using the mesophilic culture in a goats milk feta. Fantastic! Have also used it in mozzerella with good results
