As a newbie to cheese making, I was delighted to discover how easy it was to make Farmhouse Cheddar. The Mesophilic Starter Culture performed perfectly. It produced firm curds and, ultimately, pretty good cheese. I look forward to further cheese making adventures.
I have tried several different brands and this is the starter culture that always works for me.
