Shake well before use.
Mix required amount of rennet in about 1/4 cup cool, non-chlorinated water. Immediately add diluted rennet to milk, gently stir for 1 minute, to evenly distribute.
Note: The amount will vary on the condition of your milk, season and type of cheese you are making.

I have been making cheese for about 4 years. I have tried liquid rennet, vegetable rennet, and rennet tablets before trying the rennet paste. I loved the cheese the rennet paste made. Now this is my go to rennet of choice.
I bought Walcoren calf rennet as a substitute for Renco Calf rennet. So far I have had good results with my triple crème and fresh cheese. I am happy with behavior and quality of curd. However, I have not had good result for pasta filata and swiss cheese. This rennet does not behave exactly the same as the Renco. You seem to need slightly more and/or have to leave longer to get similar results. I feel confident that I will have successful results once I adapt my quantity/coagulation time to match this rennet. Like other customers, I like having product in original packaging.
