Previously I’ve purchased cheesecloth at other places. I mean, how different can they be, right? Well, I found out there is a difference. The cheesecloth from New England Cheese Making is far better. It is porous enough to press out liquid, but it doesn’t gobble up so much of my cheese, or my home made butter. I hate losing such goodness that get stuck in the previous cloths I’ve bought. All that old stuff will now only be used for crafting!
Super happy with this product.
Works great. Have used it and washed it many times. Thanks!
Great experience with New England Cheese Making Supply Co! The 90 count cheese cloth was perfect for all three of my cheeses that I pressed and hung. The mesophilic cheese culture and vegetable rennet worked just like they said. I will be ordering more!
Good quality, convenient size, easy to wash cheese cloth.
