Plyban cheesecloth is a poly webbing used to line cheese molds when pressing curds. This thin material is less prone to wrinkle than bulkier cloths, which can help create a more uniform cheese surface.

These are the best. They last for several years. Cheese doesn't stick like in regular cheese cloth. Won't ever go back to cotton cheese cloth!
While I don’t know how long it will hold up to reuse, we were pleased by how easily this pealed off the pressed cheese block. With other cheese clothes we struggle to not rip chunks off the newly shaped block. This came off so easily, leaving a smooth surface to our block. Glad I took a chance and bought it.
Excellent cloth, but a little brittle if you are heavy handed
I use this cloth specifically for those cheeses that require additional heating sometime during the stirring stage. The cheeses include parmesan, cheddar, and emmental. If this cloth is treated a little gently the curd will never stick and pull away from the finished cheese with absolute ease. However, be aware they are a tad brittle and will rip if they are roughly man-handled. Cleans very easily.
Quality Consistent product
We utilize this product for our block cheese. We can count on this product to be consistent from order to order. We have been purchasing for year.
