Description
This arched wire cheese cutter is the perfect tool for cutting thin pieces of soft cheese. The wire is thin enough to easily slice through cheese without sticking or dragging. It will not crush the surface or smear the cut edge, like most cheese knives.
For cutting thin slices of homemade Mozzarella there is nothing better. It is also great for cutting soft blues and Camembert or simply cutting thin slices of cheese for sandwiches.

Care

United StatesIt is exactly what I wanted, except for one thing. I didn't know I was ordering from a commercial cheese making supply company. My bad. As I said, it was exactly what I wanted, just 3 or 4 times larger than I needed. I wanted a wire cutter to replace the one I finally broke. It was about 3 1/2" across and worked great as I was cutting up chunk cheese (from the grocery) for my cheese & cracker snack most every day. United StatesThis arched wire cheese cutter is great. Not only does it do a great job cutting cheese but I've even used it to cut elbow macaroni coming out of my pasta extruder!
