Cheese Cloth good, company great.
The cheese cloth is as described, and does the trick. The service, resources, ease of using the web platform, and recipes with links to the ingredients and supplies is so easy, fast, and keeps new cheese makers engaged. I keep coming back for more, and can't find any other resource that even comes close to cheesemaking.com. love it.
The cloth worked well to line molds when draining and pressing cheese. It was relatively easy to clean, especially if you let it dry out for a bit before try to scrape the cheese bits off of it. Sterilize in boiling water and you are good to go.
In the beginning of my cheese making experience, I made the mistake of buying cheesecloth from the grocery store. I was wrong. This is the best cheesecloth for making cheese. It's also so much better for other uses, so we keep plenty on hand. I prefer the 2 yd. package, but I am thinking seriously of just buying the bolt!
Not much to say here, which is a good thing!
