Description
This immersible pro-series needle probe for the chef alarm has a sealed assembly against moisture so the probe will work in a water bath or simmering pot. (Note: The cable can get wet, but should not be submerged in liquids.)
This probe is also suitable for meats, including thick and very thin portions. The probe cable survives oven temperatures and careful use on a grill or sauté pan. The flexible silicone insulated cable can be used up to 500°F short term. Temperature readings are fast making this a great tool for quick spot checking of foods.

United StatesI order this and the needle probe didn’t work. They sent a replacement free of charge. Works great now Thanks New England cheese company for great service
This product was defective upon using it for the first time out of the box. Will see about returning it.
