I love Kefir and it’s so easy to make!
I love kefer, mix in fresh or frozen fruit, and it is delicious.
Used the Kefir starter pack to make some Kefir using Raw Cow’s Milk. Family loves it and the recipe was very easy to follow!
I tried making my own kefir from C.O.U. I.P. (crystals of unknown internet origin) about 15 years ago. After a while I realized I wasn't man enough to drink that stuff, so I moved to the supermarket brands. They're OK, but expensive, and throwing the plastic bottles away on a weekly basis bothers me and the planet on which I live with you. Making my own with these products from New England Cheese Making yields a delicious, creamy kefir, which I add to my steel cut oats and blueberries very morning, and no plastic bottle to throw away every week. My overall experience? Delighted!
Thank you. I've been making the kefir for a week and drinking it daily since I started. It's so good!
