Soft and Semi Soft Cheese Knife
This soft and semi soft cheese knife is perfect for cutting soft cheese. The blade is narrow so moist cheese will not stick to it. This knife was originally designed as a Gorgonzola knife, but is ideal for all soft and semi-soft cheese including Munster, Brie and Port Salut. The offset handle provides a nice clean cut from top to bottom.

I bought this a while back and have used it several times. I really like this knife for cutting any cheese or charcuterie too. The offset handle is much better at cutting on a board than a standard set knife. The thin blade works well even on the gooeyist of cheeses. Just slice rather than press and you get a nice slice. The long blade gives you a lot of options for using it. I like having a wooden handle too; I treated it with a mineral oil before I used it the first time.
