Occasionally we receive an item that does not pass our quality control standards. Perhaps labels were applied at an angle, a cheese mold was slightly misshaped or a few too many supplies are on hand. So, this is a place for slightly less than perfect cheese making supplies. But, to be honest, we are all slightly less than perfect, in a perfectly wonderful whey.
