I love this kit. I’ve never made cheese before and I didn’t mess it up. My family loves it, and I am ordering more.
I always wanted to learn how to make cheese. This kit was so easy to use! I have made several pounds already and my family loves it. I definitely recommend this kit for beginners. Thank you cheesemaking.com for making it so easy.
I tried the chevre and had issues with my first batch; reached out to Ricki and had a great response, my second (and third) batches were magnificent! The fourth batch is in a pot on my stove right now, can't wait to move it into the next steps. This process is so easy, and the results are delicious. Don't wait! Do it!
This was a fun kit to use! We made a bunch of chevre and added chives, dried garlic, and peppercorns, and it was amazingly good! We ate some as is, and then stuffed some crescent rolls with the rest. We're making chevre stuffed sweet potatoes this weekend. Chevre was super easy to make with this kit, and it's a cheese we make a lot of due to how simple and delicious it is.
