Very solid built, good product.
Since I've received this mold, I've made about 20 or so Alpine Cheeses (Alpine Tomme in the photo) and the mold has performed really well and still looks brand new. I love aged Tommes and Gruyeres, so often use a lot of weight to press and this mold seems to be able to handle as much weight as I throw at it easily. I also own the small and large molds of this style, but this is the one I use most by far. Highly recommended if you are looking for a solid piece you'll use over and over.

This is a sturdy, well-made mild. It’s a great size for the amount of cheese I typically make in a batch. It’s a great product.
