Update - Super Big

I graduated to larger cheese sizes. This mold is fantastic. My new go-to. Works wonderful.

Super Big

This is much larger than I really needed. It's very great quality. I figure it can double up as a draining bucket for my smaller cheese batches until I'm ready to make very large cheese wheels. Five stars as it is very good quality and multi purpose mold.

Not my favorite

There are not enough holes for the whey to drain properly which led to my cheese sitting in liquid during pressing. Also, the follower is so tight my cheese cloth didn’t fit. Will have to drill more holes and sand down the follower for it to be usable. Meanwhile my 5 gallon Emmentaler is ruined.
