I own two of these molds now and couldn't be happier with them. From Queso Fresco to Parmesan and all points in between they've worked great with every curd sizes and moisture content ive put in them. Ive found that four lbs and up is where they really shine but two and three gallon batches of fresh cheeses also make a nice round.... JI Pics of 4 gallon Queso Fresco
Used to make a four pound wheel of Jarslberg. Worked quite well. Recommend.
6g milk, 5# Jarlsberg. It's in its bloat period, time will tell. Getting preggers, so the shermanii is working :) Mold worked perfectly. I wish there were 2x the weep holes for whey removal, but I suppose that desire has more to do with my OCD nature than practicality
Nice product, looks like solid and good quality. A bit large for my recipe, but thats my fault not reading size correctly.
Great products. I made my first block of chedder cheese. Can't wait to try it. Great instructions and recipe. Having an end ĺm ess suppy for fresh goat milk makes me want to make more cheses. Thanks for giving me the cinfidence.
