Hard Cheese Mold (Small)
This small hard cheese mold with follower will work with any of our presses and can be use to make up to a two pound cheese, from two gallons of milk. This sturdy mold can handle a pressing weight of up to 100 lbs.
The open bottom on this cheese mold provides ideal drainage. Since this mold does not need the amount of weight, for pressing, as larger cheese molds, it does not need a closed bottom to contain the curd mass.

Works perfect for me!
I usually make 2 gallon batches of cheese and this is a perfect sized mold for so. I plan on buying a bigger one soon so that i can make bigger batches. I used it for cheddar and parmesan and it worked great.
It works well, but I have nothing to compare it to. I can say their customer service is top notch. I noticed my error on my invoice, they had it fixed straight away.
Sturdy, well made molds withstand boiling water and dishwashers without warping. The size is convenient for splitting larger 4 and 6 gallon batches into smaller cheeses with multiple molds. It serves well for many soft cheeses such as Brie, triple cream, Camembert, muenster, and others. This mold is a versatile tool which has a place in every cheesemaker's inventory.
Great size mold
Mold worked well for cheddar, aged mozzarella and Caerphilly. It is a nice size to use when making batches of cheese using two gallons of milk.
