Citric Acid is used to make a variety of cheese including 30 Minute Mozzarella, Ricotta and Paneer. Adding citric acid to milk raises the acidity level which is an important step in cheese making.

Directions
Dissolve the proper amount of citric acid in 1/4 cup cool, non-chlorinated water. Add to milk when specified in recipe.

First time cheese maker!
We buy fresh Mozzarella at the farmers market weekly. We watched a YouTube video on how to make it at home. Looks easy enough. Purchased the CITRUS ACID from your company! SO EASY to produce a FRESH Mozzarella ball ! We shared a ball with our friends and they couldn’t believe that we made it ! Thanks for your help! We will be making another batch this week!
