Excellent Butter Muslin

The two yards allows cutting in half and gives you two one square pieces (plenty for many, many uses in home cheese making). Far better than standard (more open weave) cheesecloth. I have used one square yard of this for six hard cheeses and it still is as new. I rinse off after use and boil to sterilize prior to any cheese making. Use for straining and for pressing; clean off and let air dry. Fold it up and store it until the next make. Just does what it is supposed to do and does it over and over!!

Butter Muslin

I love buying the 2 yard muslin and cutting it in half. It is perfect for making an 8 gallon size cheese and using the large mold and press. You can also put a large amount of curds to hang using kitchen twine or hanging the curds on a hook.

Top-Notch Quality

If you are new to cheese making, you seriously need this (or a cheesecloth... depends on the cheese you're making). Don't skimp out and get something from the grocery store, it won't even compare!
