Care
Before first use machine wash with unscented detergent.

Good quality!

Like everything I have ordered from this company, the butter muslin is good quality!! I love that it's washable and reusable many times. We have used in 3x already (made to Stilton Blue's, and 1 Farmhouse Cheddar). Excited to make more amazing cheese!

Multi use!

I love the size of the muslin, I use it to strain my milk, yogurt and cheese. It can even be used as a bandage in a pinch!( discard after that, lol)

Butter Muslin

I am new to Cheese Making. The Butter Muslin I utilized to drain my goat cheese is excellent. The weave separates wonderful,easy to wash,and last for multiple uses.

Butter Muslin

I should have come to the website rather than post a review from email. We use Butter Muslin exclusively. We have no problem with draining the whey off our cheeses, and they seem to last longer. Two of our favorite cheeses are Queso Fresco with Peppers and Quido's Hard Italian from Gavin Weber. The Quido's is one that you take up to 120 F and the curds are quite small (plump rice) and we have no fear of loosing any of the curds with the butter muslin. The pictures show the butter muslin used for a 4 gal. Queso Fresco in the large octagonal cheese mold. It caused quite the stir with the family when we unmolded it.
