Very happy with my purchase.
We’ve been using this to strain homemade yoghurt, and it’s the perfect tool for the job, and works better than the cheesecloth we had originally purchased from a California-based kitchen retailer. We’ve actually ordered extras to give to relatives. (Also used a yoghurt culture from cheesemaking.com, and results have been outstanding — like the stuff my host mother made from scratch, when I lived in Germany).
This muslin holds up to many washes! And lasts. And lasts
The butter muslin is high quality, being fairly strong and a fine mesh. It works great for draining curds for hard cheeses. I purchased a yard this last time but will likely purchase the 60 yard bolt the next time I order it.
Really like this muslin!
