Directions
- Melt wax according to package directions.
- Apply wax in two thin coats, as opposed to one thicker coat.
- Apply the first coat of wax, allow to dry, then apply second coat.

I recently purchased this wax brush in conjunction with the red cheese wax to help me wax my homemade cheddar cheese. It has been a very helpful tool! The wax melts quickly and the brush works well with the hot wax and cheese. The bristle are made in such a way that the wax doesn’t clump up and make a glob, which would be a nightmare when waxing the cheese round. Instead it spreads the wax on smooth to the cheese and has minimal sticking. I would highly recommend anyone waxing cheese to use this brush! It has become a necessary tool in my kitchen for cheese making.

The brush works great. I didn't want to melt a bunch of wax for dipping, so I opted for the brush. Although I am not much of an artist, so it ain't too pretty, but it gets the job done well despite me.
