This cheese cloth is really nice and does a good job holding the curds.

I use this cheesecloth several times every week to wrap my cheeses in, strain the ricotta from the whey, and the buttermilk from butter. I only ever had one piece develope a hole in it.

When I made cheese the first time I thought I could get by with a local cheese cloth picked up at a local big box store. Boy was I wrong. Since using the cheese cloth from New England Cheese Making Supply I smile every time I'm done pressing! What an excellent cloth!

I’m glad I didn’t get one of the loose weave cloths from the store. This was worth it.

The quality of the fabric is par none to the other cheese cloth I got elsewhere
