Bought this as a gift for someone wanting to make cheese for their first time. Have not had much luck making cheese in the past, but it was so much fun trying. Did make lots of ricotta though. Love this product and the company.
Great company, fast delivery, easy to use instructions. I also purchased product for Christmas gift. They loved it. The articles and recipes are very informing. Being quarantine making chesse is something I can do with my grandchild very educational project.
We had so much fun making this mozzarella! We have always wanted to make mozzarella cheese and we figured since we had a lot of time in the house, why not? It was super creamy and delicious. We sliced it up and put it on pizza the same day. Can’t wait to make the ricotta too!
My boyfriend has been really into learning how to make a killer pizza dough. I figured the next step would be making his own cheese to put on top of it! We tried this with fancy milk from our local co-op with no success. Tried again with regular ol' ALDI whole milk and BAM. We've made it twice now. When you factor in the cost of the kit and the cost of ALDI milk, this is a great deal. Safe to say the kit was a hit :)
We made the cheese as a family project and found it to be very easy to make. Good introduction to cheese making.
