Stainless Steel Cheese Curd Scoop
This stainless steel cheese curd scoop can be used to ladle cheese curds from the pot into a cheese mold or colander lined with butter muslin for draining. With nice deep sides, this ladle makes transferring curds quick and easy.
It can also be used to remove whey from the pot when washing or draining curds.
- 18/8 Stainless steel
- 9" handle
- 3 1/2" Diameter ladle
- 1 1/2" Deep ladle
Should be boiled, to sterilize, before each use.
After use, wash in hot soapy water and allow to dry.

I purchased the Stainless Steel Cheese Curd Scoop for cheesemaking, but it's much more versatile than that! It's become a must-have utensil in my kitchen. I use it for removing fried foods from oil, skimming fat that gathers on boiled chicken, and checking ingredients in soups and stews during slow cooking. This scooper is very sturdy and has some weight to it. I liked it so much I’m going to purchase another! Take my advise, don’t go looking for a “cheaper” scooper because you will be disappointed...
