At first I thought the price was a bit steep for me (considering most recipes require 4 molds). But they are very sturdy and I am confident that they will last me forever, so I'll be getting my money back in a lifetime of delicious cheese! And they're easy to clean, I just pop them in the dishwasher whence I'm done with my cheesemaking and I don't have to think about it.
I’m not sure what more I can add. They are strong, drain very well and are very easy to clean. Cheese doesn’t even seem to stick in the drain holes. I am totally happy with these and would buy more if needed.
I used this mold to make Camembert, and after the curds drained, the wheels of cheese came out perfectly. They are the exact size and shape you’d expect when you buy Camembert from the store.

I had already had one mold, and realized that it makes a huge difference in the outcome of the cheese using the proper mold. Since I usually do a double batch I decided get another one and I really like it!
