Chevre Cheese Mold
This chevre cheese mold is perfect for draining soft cheese. With a slight taper, this mold produces a nicely rounded edge on the finished cheese. The small feet, on the bottom of the mold, keep it slightly elevated, so whey can easily drain from the curd.

These are well made but very small. I would like to see these twice the size and sold in a three-pack or in a pack suitable for a one-gallon batch.

I make alot of Chevre cheese and I use these molds. I want to order more as soon as I can.
This is my favorite lactic cheese mold. It is very versatile. I make French Neufchatel, fresh goat cheese and bloomy rind cheeses in it. It is very high quality and well made, and it is easy to clean in the dishwasher. Wouldn't be without it.
I have tried a few ways to mold chevre, and since I tried this mold, I will probably add in a few more with my next order. After draining for a few hours and salting, I filled it up with the curds and let it sit. I'd flip it every now and then. I was surprised how much whey still drained out of the mold, and the cheese was easy to remove at the end of the process.
