Works Great!

I am a newbie and used this when making Feta. Cut through the curds perfectly. Very high quality. Would highly recommend this product.

Could be better quality

I love that it's long enough to handle even large batches of cheese. I don't like that though I've only had it a couple of months, wash and dry it immediately after each use, and store in an area where it won't get jostled against other utensils, it has little pits that are developing rust. I will need to get another one. However, though I've been quite happy with everything else I've ordered from here, for this particular utensil, I will go somewhere else.

Curd knife

I've been using this for 5 years. I wash and dry immediately after each use. While cutting curds the other day I noticed dark specks on top of my curds. I realized they were coming from my curd knife. Where the blade meets the handle on both edges has oxidized. Anyone else have this problem. Time to buy a new one. Functionally the knife worked well, disappointed to see this happen to the steel.
