This knife is the perfect size for the 4 gallon cheese batches I make at home. I feel like most cheese supplies are for very small one gallon batches of for huge 10+ gallon batches. This knife is perfect for the in between were I’m at.
This is one of the best curd knifes on the market. Very easily cuts through the curds and because of the wide blade, allows you to stir and separate as well.
Works great with my 40 quart cheese pot. Cut the curds of a 8 gallon batch with ease. Easy to clean and sanitize. Get one for your kitchen.
I typically use 4 gallons of milk at a time, and this curd knife is a perfect size to reach the bottom of my pot. Excellent quality!
This 14" curd knife works great for my goat milk mozzarella and feta. The design of the handle could use one improvement: a hole so it can be hung up either to dry or for storage. Because of the length, it will not fit in my sterilite cheese supply bin, and can only be laid flat to dry.
