Curd Knife 14"

Works like a charm!
One of the first things I got when I started wanting to make cheese and I’m glad I did! Once I get brave and try a recipe that calls for more than one gallon of milk it will be nice to be able to get all the way to the bottom of the pan without damaging the pan.

I bought this knife to cut the curds this curd cutting knife is so way to use it make cutting curds so much easier and gets all the way to the bottom of the pan and I use the big pot that hold 6 gallons of milk I love it I would recommend this
