Great economical choice
As much as I enjoy using the classic, one-side-sharp cheese curd cutter, I recently needed to obtain a half dozen implements for a cheese class I teach, and I needed to save some money. Must say, these curd knives work perfectly and the extra flexibility provided by the thin structure can actually be an advantage when cutting curds in a large, deep pot. And, they double as a pastry spreader for those perfect cakes and tortes we all want to make!

As someone new to cheesemaking I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. This was a spontaneous purchase and I am so glad I got it! I use a huge pot and this works great so I know it will work with any size pot. It is steady/sturdy, cuts cleanly.

Quality Curd Knife
This curd knife is well made and just the right size for cutting curds. I thought I could get away with a large cutting knife that I had at home, but none were quite long enough! The handle is easy to grip and it glides through the curd easily. It is well worth the purchase.
