Curd Knife 14"
This curd knife is essential in the cheese making process. With a long 14" blade it is easy to evenly cut curds, so whey can expel. Having no sharp edges, this curd knife is also a great option when making cheese with kids.

Works great for cheese making
The curd knife is well made and long enough to easily reach the bottom of the large pot my wife uses to make cheese. We purchased the knife on sale, making it an excellent value.

One of the first things I got when I started wanting to make cheese and I’m glad I did! Once I get brave and try a recipe that calls for more than one gallon of milk it will be nice to be able to get all the way to the bottom of the pan without damaging the pan.
