Herbs de provence is a wonderful combination of herbs that can add flavor to soft cheese including Fromage Blanc, Chevre and Fromagina. It can also be added to cheese curds before pressing, or rolled onto the surface of soft cheese.

This was an impulse purchase, but I'm in love with it. No regrets! The herbs smell and taste delicious. They are robust but not overpowering.
First and foremost the herbs fe province smells sooooo good! I decided to change up my standard Rosemary and thyme herb topping for my chevre I make and bought this to try. It was a huge hit with my friends and family! I will definitely be buying more and highly recommend it!
