Petit Cheese Mold
This cheese mold is perfect for forming petit rounds of your favorite soft, fresh cheese and is just the right size for gifting your delicious homemade cheese goodies.
For fresh cheese, simply add in the curds with no prior draining. You will need to continue to add more curds if you want your final cheese to be the full size of the mold. If filled once, the curd will compress down to about 1/4 to 1/2 the height of the cheese mold.

I love these mini molds! They are great for my classes and are going to be the perfect size to make cheeses for gift giving! I am blown away by how sturdy they are!
Inexpensive and functional.
I purchased 3 sizes of these molds so I could try different flavors (spices, herbs, etc.) with my basic goat cheese recipes. So far, they are working well. Not as heavy duty as some other molds, but very cost effective.
Works for me
As I make cheese just for myself, I start with 5 cups of milk for every product. This petit cheese mould is the perfect size for me.
You get what you pay for. The drain holes on the bottom and side were not punched all the way through. I did not realize it until the cheese making process was underway. There are no feet on the bottom so they don’t drain very well.
