French herbs is a wonderful combination of herbs that can add flavor to soft cheese including Fromage Blanc, Chevre and Fromagina. It can also be applied to cheese curds before pressing, or rolled onto the surface of soft cheese.

Love the herb mix!
I use this herb mixture in my Tilsiter version of your Tilsit recipe. The subtle herb flavors enrich the cheese. Love it!
Delicious but not local
I enjoy this mixture a lot in fromage blanc and in pizza dough. It's very chivey and delicious. My only complaint is that it is not sourced locally in Mass or New England where all these herbs do grow. If I am not mistaken there was a locally sourced french herb mix on this site in the past, what happened?
