Just perfect

As I hoped Christmas was a very busy Cheese time for me & until I received my Crottin moulds I’d been improvising. Now however things are much much easier & my resulting Crottin cheese looks more professional, so Thank you New England Cheese Making supply Co.

Perfect!

The crottin mold was perfect for my small triple creams. Easy to clean/sanitize and the cheeses release easily when flipping and removing. The size is great!!

Another great form for goat cheese

Another great cheese form for my growing collection, I've made 2 batches of Crottin with them so far. They make perfectly formed little chèvre stacks that release easily. I could see using these for Bucheron too. These forms will last a lifetime. I love that you can just pop them into the dishwasher.
