The crottin mold was perfect for my small triple creams. Easy to clean/sanitize and the cheeses release easily when flipping and removing. The size is great!!

Another great cheese form for my growing collection, I've made 2 batches of Crottin with them so far. They make perfectly formed little chèvre stacks that release easily. I could see using these for Bucheron too. These forms will last a lifetime. I love that you can just pop them into the dishwasher.
Perfect for our new Brie-style cheeses! They are study, quality material as usual and the size is just what I wanted. Love that drainage holes go further up the mold for faster whey drainage. Oh, and they're stackable so they help save space in our small make room!
