Finally, some excellent fromage blanc!
I love the "fromage blanc" from France but could not figure out how to make it. I googled many articles and found this site. I ordered the Aroma B ferment and I got an amazing fromage blanc. Next time, I will order the one specific to make fromage blanc that I did not see the first time. Maybe it will be even better. So delicious, I just want to eat that at the moment! Thank you for Cheese Making!
Another great Meso for my collection
So far has made great buttermilk and creme fraiche! Can't wait to use it in more ways.
Aroma B Culture
Absolutely amazing! Complete success on everything I have tried. Made the best ever sour cream and buttermilk. Couldn't be easier and worked with store bought cream. As with all of the products I have bought from New England Cheesemaking they have made me a confident fledgling cheesemaker. Thank you :)

I work in Microbiology, so the lingo of the various types is common in my everyday life. For making simple cheeses, this is the one to get. I achieved 100% success rate on all the cheeses attempted.
