French herbs is a wonderful combination of herbs that can add flavor to soft cheese including Fromage Blanc, Chevre and Fromagina. It can also be applied to cheese curds before pressing, or rolled onto the surface of soft cheese.

If you want a truly fancy cheese log powder a bit of this and mix into the cheese with a bit of pink(or another gourmet salt) and then make your log. Roll the log in the herbs and salt for an elegant cheese! YUMMM I love the freshness of the herbs I buy here!
