Lovely culture. Turns out great cheese each time.
The Culture does it's thing
The culture works as stated. I'm new to cheese making, so still learning.
Works for a Mother culture
With shipping it's a little expensive, so I try to stretch it. Using it to make a mother culture works great. Then I use that mother culture to make more mother culture. The last time I bought some and used it this way, one pack lasted me 6 years of steady cheese making.
Does the job every time....
Whether it's a blue cheese or a Colby, it works great!
