Sturdy Mold
This is a sturdy mold and it's easy to get your cheese in and out of. The only issue is that the follower isn't tall enough. I have to insert something between it and the press or the press will bottom out hitting the outer mold ring.

Perfect!
I used this mold for my first attempt at making brie. I made a half recipe because I only bought one mold. I was really worried about the "flipping" part, but with this mold I had no problems being careful. My brie is aging now and looks perfect. I can't wait for it to be ready!

Works beautifully. The right size for 3 gallons of milk
Works great and I prefer open ended molds. They are far easier to flip the cheese during pressing.

Multi purpose mold
I’m just getting going in cheese making and as my dad told me when I was a kid “your eyes are bigger than your stomach.” While this mold works perfectly it’s too much for my 2 gallon batches. I’ve made two cheeses so far, a farmhouse cheddar which I over pressed, and a butter kasse. The butter kasse is promising and will be waxing tomorrow. Also the mold is designed for a “Dutch press” which I don’t own, so I got creative and made an additional follower with a can of chili, after all what goes better with chili than cheese?

Flipping Brie
The Brie hoop worked perfectly, once you get the notion of rapidly turning the cheese as it drains. I have three nice wheels aging and can't wait for them to soften.
