Great resource. Good for a novice cheese maker

I have used this to make book to make: a Parmesan, Traditional Cheddar, Swiss, and a modified Coby. There are some notes for trouble shooting, but this is a great on-the-shelf guide.

I have recently started to sample some of the cheese I made prior to purchasing the book. At that point I knew I needed the book. All the mistakes I was making were all listed prior to the first recipe. YouTube is not a solid substitution for the methods and procedures of a pro. I’m working on my next great creations with a lot more confidence than before so wish me luck. Highly recommended

Good Book - It works

First of all, Dylan and the staff are wonderful to work with. On our first order, they helped by guiding us to what we needed. Later we canceled that order and made an even bigger one! I'm glad we picked up the additional items. Our first cheese was the 30 Minute Mozzarella made from raw goats milk which actually takes about 2 hours from start to finish. We have made 4 batches so far. The recipes allow you to scale up or down easily. Looking forward to moving on to more difficult cheeses soon.

My cheese is the talk of the town!!! I have had several gatherings and sharing my goat cheese with my guests is part of the experience of being out on my farm. I love it when people enjoy the chèvre that I make. Everyone treats it like such a delicacy. Snd it is, however it’s shamefully easy to make. When I ask, “Would you like to make some cheese to take home?” Of course the answer is always “Yes.” It is a fun and easy process to make Chèvre.
