I'm enjoying digging into the book. The Introduction provides clear and helpful information, and the recipes are easy to follow. A great new reference. So far so good.
I received this book as a gift this year after using another fine book to get started and trying a bunch of recipes from the web site. I have a new favorite book for home cheesemaking. "Home Cheesemaking" really lays out the processes and tools in the best way. The history is always interesting to me and there's an abundance of recipes and tips. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to try making cheese.
