This book has made my new hobby easy and fun!
I am an adult and have had trouble successfully making cheese. This book is great!! I recently made Quark (pg. 42) and it came out great! I used the C20 Fromage Blanc culture, as directed. I did have to leave the milk and culture resting longer than 12 hours to get a thick curd. I ultimately put the pot in a cold oven with the light on.
