These food grade gloves are nitrile, flock-lined and perfect for handling and stretching hot curds when making Mozzarella cheese.
Featuring a contoured fit and textured finish, these gloves are puncture, abrasion and cut resistant. They are also are FDA and USDA compliant.
For sizing, measure around the widest part of your palm for size.

Why did I ever stretch hit mozza without these gloves?!
Fit like a glove
Used to make traditional mozzarella. I think they would have work like a charm but really like to add additional layer so I put a cheap pair on underneath. Perfect. Next time I think I can trust the gloves. Thanks
