I wanted something to line molds with that would not stick to the cheese after. Works great.
We use non traditional drain pans, so the uncut Plyban material is our choice for draining cloth.
This stuff works great, a good wash and rinse after use. Air dry and you are good to go. The only thing you can watch for is discoloring. I made a spicy Chipotle cheddar and the plan stained orange afterwards. It still works just fine though, just a tasty shade of Chipotle orange, that is all!
