Plyban Cheese Cloth is the way to go!
Plyban is the only cheese cloth for me! My cheese never sticks and looks beautiful!

Game changer!
So thin and easy to work with, yet durable! Game changer in pressing cheese for sure!

So many uses
This stuff is awesome. It’s not only useful for cheesemaking but it’s great straining juices for jelly making. I also sew up bags to put over my pies and fruit bowl in the summer. Nothing fancy but It keeps those pesky fruit flies from sharing my goodies. PS I also whipped up a fairy outfit for my granddaughter for a quick bit of fun! I always keep some on hand. Love it!!

Looks cheesy but give it a try
At first, it looks weird/"plasticky" compared to cloth ... but it worked just as well as anything else I have tried before. I coated the pressed cheese wrapped in this material with salt and got the best looking rind ever on my Hispanico cheese!
