Couldn't be easier to use. Great stuff!
I was able to cut to size and was perfect for my Making goat cheese chèvre.
This is a very high quality, fine gaged fabric. Perfect for cheese making.
my first time using butter muslin instead of looser weave cheesecloth. the fine weave is SO useful for draining ricotta and yogurt…didn’t let anything but the whey past it! durable material that feels like it has a lot of life left in it for whatever dairy daydreaming you are doing ;)
I was using flour sack towels before, but still had milk solids in the whey. When I used the butter muslin the whey was clearer so I knew I was getting all the milk solids.
