Curd Knife 14"

Quality Curd Knife
This curd knife is well made and just the right size for cutting curds. I thought I could get away with a large cutting knife that I had at home, but none were quite long enough! The handle is easy to grip and it glides through the curd easily. It is well worth the purchase.
I use this curd knife almost every day and it is the perfect tool for the job. It won't scratch the surface of your pans and makes clean cuts.

This is a great cheese knife. It will cut a 4 gallon pot of milk easily. Very well made and easy to clean.
