How to cut the cheese . . .

Well made with a blade long enough to get the job done for most home cheese making needs. Well-priced, too. Highly recommended.

Best Darn Curd Knife Ever

I have been making cheese at home for several years and tried to save money by using tools that kind of worked. I finely broke down and purchased a curd knife that reaches to the bottom of my cheese kettle. No more chasing around in the curds for large curds that were sitting on the bottom of the pot, or got missed when cutting at an angle. It fits my hand and is easy to clean up and store. I would recommend this tool to family and friends, and to home cheese makers of all levels.
