I usually get the bundles since I make all kinds of hard cheeses from both Nubian and Dexter milk! Great value and gives you so many options! If have not made hard cheese go for it!

Everything is there for most cheeses. Of note, I like to use the buttermilk starter earlier in the week, on those pepper jack/gouda weekends, then use the cultured buttermilk for those cheeses in 4-5 gallon batches. It all gets used, with the resulting whey becoming ricotta or super food for acid-loving plants. That said, think it's time to plan another blaand batch.
