My wife loves this stuff. Now my four year old daughter does too.
I live in Canada. I orded some product but unfortunately, due to covid and Christmas increase in parcel deliveries, my package got lost in the mail. I was very sad. I phoned and left a message about my problem and received a call back so quickly I was amazed. They did some digging to see if they could find it. They didnt so they promptly offered to reship or refund my money. I chose the refund and they processed it right away. I will definitely reorder once things settle down in the shipping world. Thank you so much ladies!!!!
I really like the sweet yogurt culture, it produces a creamy smooth texture and only a slightly sour taste of most yogurts. It also gave me an idea for a dessert. I have made a batch of sweet yogurt with half and half. I strained to make greek style and It tastes like thick whip cream. My next step is to try making a cold pie swirling with pumpkin mix. I think I will add vanilla with the yogurt and maybe a small amount of sugar. I will put a comment here. I am only worried about how to thicken the pumpkin since I do not want to cook it eggs are out. this would only be possible with such a nice culture.
I was delighted to find the sample pack. It relieved me of making the difficult decision of which culture to order and it has given me a chance to compare the finished yogurts using the different cultures. I am keeping track of taste and texture for each of the three. But so far I love them all. So I will still have a difficult decision to make when I need more culture and reorder.
I love the yogurt made from the sweet yogurt culture. Haven't tried the others yet but I'm really pleased with this yogurt. Definitely far superior to store bought yogurt.
